During peak periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. We'll keep you informed of any delays.

3. Shipping Costs

Free shipping — we offer free shipping on every order across Canada, with no minimum purchase.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Here's what to expect once your order has been processed:

  • Transit time: 3–7 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Total delivery time: 4–10 business days
  • Order cutoff time: 6:00 PM

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or adverse weather conditions.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO boxes, military addresses, or areas subject to shipping restrictions. Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions based on carrier rules.

6. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages

In case of failed delivery attempts, incorrect address information, or undeliverable packages, orders may be returned to us. We'll contact you if this happens to arrange reshipment, which may involve additional shipping costs.
